We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 3-5 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can follow its journey.

However, if the request comes too late or the parcel is already in transit, we cannot be held responsible for misdelivery—it will then be the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package.
