Shipping Method & Times

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 3-5 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us at info@nurandco.store and we’ll do our best to correct it. However, if the request comes too late or the parcel is already in transit, we cannot be held responsible for misdelivery—it will then be the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While Royal Mail is generally reliable, delays can occasionally happen due to high volumes or unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, let us know and we’ll help track it down.
